一般人对于芥菜的吃法,都是抛弃菜叶,用根腌咸菜疙瘩,实际芥菜叶子才是好东西,李时珍就在《本草纲目》里对芥菜有详细介绍。芥菜含的各种维生素及微量元素非常之高,能助消化,提神醒脑,促进血液循环,尤其钙含量很高,每一百克中钙含量达到294毫克,是食疗补钙很好的选择。今天介绍的姜丝炒芥菜,炒好后清香扑鼻,非常下饭,是一道健康又好吃的美味。

主料:芥菜

配料:姜、胡萝卜、盐、香油

1、生姜和胡萝卜切丝备用,芥菜切段后焯水去除辣味。

2、起锅放油,加入姜丝爆锅,再加入胡萝卜略炒,最后放入芥菜,盖上锅盖焖3分钟后加入适量的盐,滴入几滴香油翻匀出锅。

3、炒好的芥菜清香扑鼻,下饭非常好吃。

小贴士:如果对芥菜的味道敏感,炒的时候可以加少量白糖,这样能减轻芥菜本身的味道。
